Jump In! It’s a rallying cry we’ve heard since our childhood, encouraging us to get involved, to put our best foot in the ring as an opportunity for mutual growth, and a contribution towards making the whole greater than the sum of its parts.
We’ve always felt that the leap is worth the risk – it’s one of our guiding principles and it’s one of the reasons we formed Jump 19 years ago. Through our journey at Jump, we have contributed to over 40 different charitable, community, or social ventures, ranging from the arts, social responsibility and mental and physical health – the list goes on.

It’s always been important for us to give back – and pay forward – by using whatever means we have to support organizations whose work we value. Often that gift was time, other times it was money. Where we’ve found the greatest reward and have built our strongest relationships is when we’ve leveraged our expertise to support causes that we believe in.
In our 15th year of business, we took the plunge to JUMP IN. Jump In! is a charitable initiative that will leverage our team’s greatest strengths in support of the communities and causes that our employees care about. Jump In! will give our team members the opportunity to shape the direction and focus of our charitable efforts. Our mission is one of meaning and purpose. We are confident that Jump In! will result in lasting impactful, meaningful and fulfilling work, and a stronger community, both inside and outside of the office.

1. Discover what makes us tick
Our employees meet with Jump’s leadership, to identify an organization that fills their heart and aligns with their charitable goals.
2. Make a connection
Jump will consult with these charitable partners of choice to identify initiatives that require our support (i.e. graphic design, web development, brand identity, interior design, event coordination).
3. Lend a helping hand
We devote and contribute time and resources to help them with their outreach (i.e. brand/ marketing/ communication goals.)
4. Everyone wins
We celebrate their success.
